Moe's 21st Birthday- Family Dinner

We took Moe to Claimjumper for his 21st birthday to celebrate with the family. The food was awesome and the drinks were even better! This was our pre-party before we headed off to VEGAS!

So we did it! We survived a birthday party on Saturday and two days at Disneyland Tues/Wed. Khalina had a lot of fun playing with her cousins and the rental house was great and fit everybody and even had a backyard for the kids to play in. Angelique and I caught a bad bug on the last day of Disney and we missed out on Sea World Friday....such a bummer!

Happy Birthday Khalina!

Khalina's 2nd birthday party was yesterday and it was a huge success....lots of food....lots of cake....lots of new toys and clothes. Khalina was definitely the princess for the day! Our family flew out from Texas (Julie (Moe's mom) Matt and Angelique (Moe's oldest sister) and their 4 kids (James, Daniel, Hannah and Colin)

We had so much fun with everyone! We missed all the family that couldn't be there. We're spending the next 3 days in Anaheim with family and going to Disneyland on Tues/Wed! Can't wait to see all the kids go to Disneyland for the first time!

Update!

So I applied for a new job as a Fire Dispatcher with a company called North Comm.

They dispatch for 9 cities: Carlsbad, Encinitas, North County FPD, Oceanside, Rancho Santa Fe, San Marcos, Solana Beach, Vista and Del Mar plus CSA-17 ambulance district, Rancho Santa Fe Patrol and Elfin Forest.

I have only sent in an application and done a sit along. Still have to pass the application screening, psychiatric evaluation, personality test, background test, criti-call test and panel interview. I'm crossing my fingers that I get a callback! Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers...this job will make a huge difference in our lives.

Crayon Catastrophe!

So...as any parent knows...if your 2 yr old is playing too quietly...check on her! Well, Moe and I were enjoying our magazines after dinner and didn't realize Khalina had crayons in her playroom...OOPS!

Thank goodness we got the easily washable kind!
